 Judge Upholds Citizen Rights

On Thursday, May 30, 2019, Judge Castro issued his rulingin our referendum lawsuit, upholding the citizens' right to hold a vote on the city's ordinance 18-39.

The Court also held that enforcement of the city's ordinance must be suspended on June 30, 2019.

This decision is a clear victory for the people of St. Paul.

We are grateful for this ruling.
